Were seeking a dedicated Assisted Living Director to lead our assisted living team and uphold the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Active LPN License or Medication Technician Certification
- First Aid & CPR certified
- Minimum 1 year of related experience
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
Job Summary Assisted Living Director
The Assisted Living Director oversees all operations within the Assisted Living setting to ensure regulatory compliance high-quality care and a thriving community environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote residents physical emotional and personal well-being through a coordinated team approach
- Establish and implement policies procedures and best practices
- Develop staffing plans reports and budgets
- Collaborate with other departments to support resident well-being
- Provide a high level of service by making frequent rounds ensuring continuity of care documenting essential information and observing residents overall conditions
- Assist the Director of Wellness as needed
