Department: Hatchery Live Operations
Report to: Hatchery Supervisor/ Manager

Description
- This position is responsible for performing various tasks in the hatchery while following all Company Safety and Animal Welfare Policies. Primary responsibility is overseeing theEmbrextransfer process of the hatchery.
- Oversee the egg transfer process.
- Ability to mix vaccine by following the SOP.
- Start up and Shut Down of transfer equipment.
- Ability to keep up with vaccine and supplies inventory and let management know when vaccine or supplies need to be ordered
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization storage areasembrexequipment work area.
- Document machine status and perform light maintenance as required.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to lift 30lbs 50lbs
What Youll Need
- Education: High School Diploma/GED; College Degree in related field preferred.
- Experience: 1 or more years of previous supervisory experience with leadership skills of 20 employees preferred. Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
- Skills: Effective communication both orally and in writing capable of independent decision making must have basic computer knowledge ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
