What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experienceas a Service Advisor at a dealership.
- The ability to provideCSI scores from the last 90 days.
- Apositive solutions-oriented mindsetwith a passion for customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- The drive to take ownership of the client experience and continuously improve.
