Part-Time HR Assistant
Location: Renton WA
Pay: $21-23/Hr.

Available Schedule:Monday to Wednesday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Simply Great Staffing is excited to announce an immediate opening for a long-term temporary Part-Time HR Assistant employment opportunity in Renton WA! Our client a coffee roasting company is seeking a reliable individual with HR experience.
Job Summary
As a Part-Time HR Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various tasks including auditing time sending messages to get missing punches running reports and assisting with new hires and associated paperwork. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be essential in maintaining our high standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Audit time and attendance records
- Send messages to employees to get missing punches
- Run weekly reports
- Assist with new hires and paperwork associated with new hires terminations etc.
- Help with recruiting by going through resumes
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all work
- Participate support and comply with all Health Safety Quality and Lean initiatives and requirements
- Assist in any other duties to support operations as requested by supervisor or manager
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using MS Office software
- Ability to read and write English and perform basic math problems
- Proven high level of attention to detail and accuracy in written work and data entry
- Effective and professional communication skills both verbally and in writing (including email)
- Ability to stand bend stoop climb reach and lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
