Role: School District Manager
Pay Rate: $75-90k Salary Bonus
Hours: Must be flexible
Join Campus Services Group (CSG) as a School District Manager! In this role youll manage multiple accounts within an assigned geographic area ensuring that custodial services meet high standards and comply with federal/state regulations. Youll provide leadership and guidance to support our teams in delivering excellent service while also maintaining accurate records and managing budgets. Responsibilities
- Manage multiple school accounts in a designated geographic area in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Lead custodial and laundry teams (if applicable) to meet quality safety and customer service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of income expenditures personnel supplies and equipment.
- Provide and document training for all employees in the assigned area.
- Perform custodial and floor technician duties when necessary.
- Review reports approve payroll manage corrective actions and assist with open enrollment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in management or related field (preferred); high school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of custodial services experience preferably in healthcare or school environments with supervisory experience.
- Specialized training in custodial and laundry equipment operation is desirable.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills; ability to manage budgets and grow accounts.
- Professional and positive relationship-building skills with staff and school executives.
- Proven success in P&L and budget management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a track record of growing accounts.
- Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds stand sit bend and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform routine repetitive tasks continuously.
- Must be able to work around cleaning products.
- Must be able to travel (up to 75%) for account visits and activities with a willingness to relocate if necessary.
- Must provide a criminal background check.
- Valid drivers license.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.
