What you will do:
- Manage and grow a strong portfolio of commercial property sales and leasing clients
- Drive new business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and hunter attitude
- Source negotiate and close commercial property sales and leasing deals from start to finish
- Conduct property inspections market presentations and client negotiations
- Provide expert market knowledge advice and strategic sales solutions to clients
- Collaborate closely with marketing to maximise property exposure (signage brochures online campaigns Information Memorandums and videos)
- Maintain high visibility and credibility within the Ballarat commercial property market
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team success and culture
Qualifications :
About you:
- Experienced commercial property sales or leasing professional with proven track record
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills and natural business developer
- Excellent communicator able to engage diverse stakeholders with confidence and professionalism
- Licensed Real Estate Agent or Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
- Commercially astute with entrepreneurial drive and ambition for career growth
