Job Summary

As Ballarats commercial property market experiences growth Colliers is seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Executive to join our Ballarat Sales & Leasing team. You will play a key role in driving sales success while managing important client relationships and commercial transactions.

What you will do:

  • Manage and grow a strong portfolio of commercial property sales and leasing clients
  • Drive new business development with an entrepreneurial mindset and hunter attitude
  • Source negotiate and close commercial property sales and leasing deals from start to finish
  • Conduct property inspections market presentations and client negotiations
  • Provide expert market knowledge advice and strategic sales solutions to clients
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to maximise property exposure (signage brochures online campaigns Information Memorandums and videos)
  • Maintain high visibility and credibility within the Ballarat commercial property market
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team success and culture

Qualifications :

About you:

  • Experienced commercial property sales or leasing professional with proven track record
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills and natural business developer
  • Excellent communicator able to engage diverse stakeholders with confidence and professionalism
  • Licensed Real Estate Agent or Victorian Agents Representative Certificate
  • Commercially astute with entrepreneurial drive and ambition for career growth
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and results in a fast-paced environment
