Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns
Coordinate communication between clients customers and internal teams
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Support customer satisfaction initiatives to enhance the overall experience
Ensure all communications reflect the companys standards and values
Assist in identifying areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements
