Job Summary
Skillbridge Academy is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep functionality and safety of our facilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all buildings systems and equipment operate smoothly and meet organizational standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and skilled in general maintenance and repair tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment
Address maintenance requests related to electrical plumbing HVAC and general repairs
Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues efficiently and safely
Maintain clean organized and compliant work areas
Ensure all repairs meet safety regulations and quality standards
Document maintenance activities and report recurring issues
Collaborate with internal teams to support daily operations
Qualifications :
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues effectively
Knowledge of general building systems and maintenance practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
