We are seeking a detail-oriented Analytical Lab Associate to support particulate testing of pharmaceutical drug products. This role involves performing qualified analytical methods troubleshooting and contributing to CMC activities in a fast-paced collaborative environment. You will work onsite at a client facility in Boston MA starting January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform batch and stability testing using qualified particulate analysis methods.
- Troubleshoot and resolve testing-related issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic laboratory notebooks (ELN).
- Review and report analytical data; participate in audits.
- Support assay development qualification and technology transfer.
- Ensure compliance with GLP cGMP and EHS guidelines.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry or related field; 02 years of industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with microscopy techniques (FIM SEM fluorescence) preferred.
- Familiarity with particle characterization methods (e.g. Raman) and counting techniques (e.g. light obscuration).
- Knowledge of cGMP/GLP and regulatory requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Position is full-time Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Cambridge MA are encouraged to apply.
