Role purpose
We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter with strong pharma experience to lead end-to-end hiring across DACH France and Benelux regions. You will partner with hiring managers and HRBPs design sourcing strategies for scarce talent markets and deliver a best-in-class compliant candidate experience. Fluency in both German and French is essential to support stakeholders and candidates across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions (intake sourcing offers and handover to onboarding) meeting agreed SLAs and quality standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers: challenge profiles constructively calibrate markets and shape assessment processes for speed and quality.
- Drive direct sourcing across German- and French-speaking markets (LinkedIn Recruiter talent mapping referrals communities niche job boards).
- Manage pipelines for critical pharma profiles (e.g. Medical Affairs Market Access Regulatory Quality Pharmacovigilance Commercial) with an eye on rare-disease talent.
- Coordinate interviews; brief/debrief stakeholders; maintain momentum and candidate engagement.
- Negotiate offers in partnership with HR and Compensation; ensure smooth transitions to onboarding.
- Track and report recruiting metrics (time-to-fill pipeline health candidate experience diversity slates) and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Manage agencies as needed (briefs terms performance) prioritizing high-quality direct sourcing.
Qualifications :
Qualification:
- 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 2 years in the pharmaceutical/biotech or medical devices sector in Switzerland.
- Proven success hiring for pharma roles;
- Deep knowledge of the German and French talent market; strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
- Language: German and French at C2 (or equivalent) professional fluency; strong professional English.
- Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools (e.g. SmartRecruiters LinkedIn Recruiter); disciplined pipeline and data management.
- Strong assessment capability and structured interviewing; familiarity with competency- and values-based approaches.
- High integrity and discretion with candidate data; thorough understanding of Swiss FADP and GDPR requirements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and short timelines.
