FlexNet Management Administrator

About our client:

Our client is a leader in professional services and consulting providing a wide range of services including strategy consulting technology and systems integration and operations to a range of clients across Government Financial Services Utilities and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Interpreting contracts for license metrics and setting up correctly in FNMS
Performing compliance checks
Analysing unmapped installed software and mapping to applications/ contracts
Support TASE-related activities triaging questions re: end of life dates and remediating with Flexera
Proactive analysis of new products under management and identify gaps with TPR. Initiate remediation activities with Service Owner to ensure no issues at renewal time and adherence to standards

Required Experience:

Experience with asset management tools (e.g. Flexera)
Ability to interpret contract terms (licensing metrics compliance)
Knowledge of software lifecycle and compliance requirement
Analytical skills for mapping software and contract

Whats on offer

This contract is available for an initial 6-month term with likely extension on a long term project.

Available Locations - Sydney/Melbourne - this role offers a hybrid working arrangement.
