Position of Leadership (POL 3): Wellbeing: Year Level Leader
We are seeking a passionate and visionary Wellbeing Leader with proven success as a Year Level Leader.The Wellbeing Leader (Year Level) works as a key member of the Student Wellbeing Team supporting the Leaders of Wellbeing (7-9 and 10-12) and the Assistant Principal: Student Wellbeing. Leading the dedicated Homeroom Teachers the Year Level Leader encourages the students in their learning and social development. The Year Level Leader liaises with students and families to embed resilience and motivation to achieve. Using the principles of positive psychology and positive behaviour for learning the Year Level Leader builds a pastoral care program to suit student addition the Year Level Leader monitors student attendance wellbeing data and academic achievements to implement intervention at an early stage. The Year Level Leaders set a warm and welcoming tone for all students and their families and work to build leadership capacity in student leaders.
