The Team Leader at Burger Urge is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the restaurant stations ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Team Leader will assist the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational goals controlling costs and driving sales.

Team Leader Role

• Coordinate assigned stations without supervision guiding staff where needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers taking orders and resolving customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations food handling procedures and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist restock as needed.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing training and coaching to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly cleaning and sanitizing all equipment tools and workspaces.
• Drive sales by suggesting menu items and promoting specials to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Venue Manager.
