Job Summary
To support continued infrastructure investment we are looking for a Manager to join our Commercial Advisory & Transactions team based in Melbourne.
You will play a key role working as part of a team in providing financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure and real estate projects across every stage of the asset lifecycle from investment decision and business case through procurement and transaction processes throughout the delivery phase and into operations.
Your Skills and Experiences
You will have recent experiences preferably from the procurement and delivery of major infrastructure projects across:
- Delivering transaction strategy and delivery model analysis.
- Support in preparing commercial and financial advice for planning procurement and delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Draft procurement process documentation for interactive multi-phase processes (e.g. EOI RFP).
- Support tender processes including managing electronic data rooms RFIs and evaluation activities.
- Develop business cases and reviewing procurement and delivery options for infrastructure projects.
- Assist with go-to-market strategies and help with market sounding activities.
- Prepare and format approvals documentation such as briefing papers reports and memorandums during procurement processes.
- Coordinate inputs from different stakeholders (e.g. engineering legal environmental safety) into transaction and procurement documents.
- Draft commercial documentation for construction contracts simplifying complex concepts into clear terms.
- Apply knowledge of infrastructure sectors (transport energy social infrastructure defence real estate water) to support project delivery.

- Based in Melbourne or willing to relocate.

Qualifications :
- Tertiary qualifications in commerce finance economics law engineering or a similar discipline.
