Who you are:

(Required) 1 year of experience in project coordination or a related role preferably within enterprise software development or with non-profit/higher education organizations.
You possess foundational project management skills with the ability to support multiple tasks and projects.
You are committed to providing excellent customer service.
You have strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to assist in communicating technical ideas to non-technical customer audiences.
An analytic and creative mindset with good problem-solving aptitude.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana SmartSheets Rocketlane or similar.
Highly self-motivated and optimistic with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience with CRM (Blackbaud Salesforce Ellucian) or database systems is a plus.
Non-profit or higher education fundraising experience is also a plus.

What youll do:

Project Execution: Assist with new customer implementations and reimplementations including planning execution tracking milestones and coordinating stakeholders. (Across Impact Balance Signal ThankView DonorSearch.)
Customer Partnership: Act as a key point of contact during onboarding support change requests prepare customers for training and participate in pre-sales calls when needed.
Data Readiness & Automation: Support customer data prep transfers and automation workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CSMs Implementation Consultants Sales Customer Ops and Enablement to ensure successful outcomes.
Process & Documentation: Contribute to improving implementation processes using AI tools and maintaining internal/external documentation.
Special Projects: Assist with internal initiatives and occasional travel as needed.

A base salary range of $75K - $85K.
A 2.5% bonus plan based on company performance.
