What You Will Do:
- Build and lead a team of subject matter experts who will modernize standardize and accelerate solution architecture efforts.
- Architect and scale a world-class delivery model for cloud-native and enterprise-grade solutions with a strong emphasis on AWS and other leading platforms.
- Spearhead the creation of reusable solution assets demo environments delivery playbooks and golden paths that empower sales and delivery teams to operate with precision and speed.
- Actively support strategic proposal efforts client marketing initiatives and brand promotion activitiesensuring our architectural vision is front and center in how we present ourselves to the market.
- Identify recruit and inspire a high-performing team of architects and engineers.
What You Will Need:
- Masters or Bachelors degree from an accredited institution is required.
- 20 years of professional experience including at least 10 years in solution architecture cloud engineering or enterprise application development
- Proven experience building and scaling cloud-native solutions across various industries
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar are required
- Strong knowledge of modern cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) microservices containerization CI/CD DevSecOps and API-first design
- Solid understanding of well-architected frameworks design patterns and scalable delivery models
- Experience working in a global delivery model
- Experience in developing demo environments reusable assets and delivery playbooks for sales and implementation teams
- Strong executive presence with the capability to inspire cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience supporting strategic proposals client marketing and brand-building initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliverables effectively
- Proven ability co-develop solutions drive joint go-to-market initiatives and extend sales reach
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed

- Prior experience in a global consulting firm or IT services organizations.
- Strong negotiation and influencing abilities with the capacity to engage effectively with a variety of senior internal and external stakeholders.
