Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer with extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will lead development efforts mentor junior team members and ensure adherence to best practices in coding architecture and performance Responsibilities:Lead the design development and deployment of complex Java-based technical architecture and ensure scalability security and with product owners architects and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code reviews and enforce coding critical issues and provide performance tuning for and guide junior developers fostering a culture of technical continuous improvement in development processes and Skills & QualificationsTechnical Expertise:Strong proficiency in Core Java J2EE and advanced Object-Oriented Design experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot Spring MVC) and Hibernate/ in Microservices architecture RESTful APIs and SOAP knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and query -on experience with CI/CD pipelines Git and DevOps with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).Solid understanding of security best practices performance tuning and scalability & Soft Skills:Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor problem-solving and decision-making communication and stakeholder management Qualifications:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related with unit testing frameworks (JUnit Mockito) and test-driven to Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-level project Level:8 years of professional experience in Java experience in technical leadership or architectural design roles.
