The mission of the Global Logistics Department is to deliver Everyday Luxury through the global transportation of goods.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Global Logistics team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for the shipping and delivery logistics between our Distribution Centers stores vendors and customers. As the Analyst Global Logistics Outbound you will support the execution of the efficient flow of goods and related information from origin to destination. THE ROLE
As the Analyst Global Logistics Outbound you will:
Provide cost optimizing recommendations for the selection of service providers and delivery modes
Execute best-in-class shipping and delivery set-up including volume planning and booking coordination
Execute on the best possible logistics experience for customers including in-transit tracking and exception handling
Mitigate risks and impacts associated with daily operations minimizing potential disruption to the business
Manage departmental administration ensuring the day-to-day business operates optimally
Prepare financial forecasts and perform monthly financial reviews delivering executive summaries and insightful analysis on variances and trends.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
The Analyst Global Logistics Outbound has:
Proven skillscertifications education and/or experience in:
Retail or supply chain environmentKPI data analysis and financial reportingMicrosoft Office including Excel
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzias Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $32$46 CAD per hour.
