We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to spearhead the global sales strategy of a rapidly scaling SaaS company in the hotel tech industry. This is a strategic and hands-on leadership opportunity with high visibility and strong growth potential.
Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company offering an all-in-one hotel management system. With a diverse team across global offices they serve thousands of hotels across Europe the US and Africa.
What will you do
Build and execute a world-class B2B sales strategy to accelerate ARR growth
Define and implement a repeatable sales model and process
Take ownership of individual and team sales targets
Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer on long-term strategy
Manage and expand a distributed team of Account Executives globally
Lead recruitment onboarding and talent development within the sales team
Coach and mentor sales professionals to exceed performance expectations
Conduct pipeline reviews forecasting and performance assessments
Drive operational efficiency through structured reporting and data insights
Align sales operations with broader business objectives
Identify and pursue new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
Requirements
5 years of direct B2B sales and team leadership experience
Demonstrated success in building and scaling high-performing sales teams
Strong track record in SaaS/technology sales
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or related field (preferred)
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
Confident presenter with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and foster a high-accountability culture
