About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and goal-driven B2B Digital Sales Specialist fluent in Italian and English to join our dynamic team in Sofia. The ideal candidate will drive new business acquisition and build strong client relationships within the digital and tech industry. This role requires enthusiasm for sales a consultative mindset and a proven ability to convert prospects into lasting partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls and proactively engage with potential business clients to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Identify business opportunities through research and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to deliver customized business solutions.
- Maintain a detailed record of client interactions and opportunities in CRM tools.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
- Minimum 2 years of Cold Calling Sales Experience ideally in tech or digital advertising sectors.
- Solid knowledge of business development lead generation and qualification methodologies.
- Strong communication skills resilience and a results-oriented mindset.
Compensation
Base Salary: 3267 BGN gross per month
Bonus: 2000 BGN target bonus (quarterly)
Relocation & Welcome Package (for Sofia)
Package Proposal 10 Days
- Travel Refund: Up to 490 BGN after 6 months in the company Valid upon submission of e-ticket and invoice Requires approval with the offer
- Accommodation: 10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included) Hotel booked and paid by the TA Specialist via Coupa
- Salary Advance: 1056 BGN To be deducted in 3 equal monthly installments of 352 BGN starting with the first full salary Processed within 5 working days after providing an active bank account to HR
