Job Summary

Join our growing financial advisory team in Tampa! We are seeking a licensed Annuity Specialist with expertise in fixed and fixed-index annuities to assist clients in optimizing their retirement strategies.

What Youll Do:

Review client annuities and identify upgrade opportunities
Explain surrender charges and contract implications clearly
Run product illustrations to show growth and income potential
Educate clients on retirement planning and annuity benefits
Collaborate with IMOs and carriers to access top products
Present tailored consultative financial solutions

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience with fixed and fixed index annuities
Strong understanding of annuity structures and surrender schedules
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Self-motivated client-focused and detail-oriented
Insurance license (215) required; Series 65 a plus
