Manage multiple communication channels effectively and maintain high-quality customer engagement
Actively identify patterns in customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and service quality

Who You Are

Native or fluent in Danish with strong communications skills in English (minimum B2 level)
Previous experience in a customer service or support role is advantageous but exceptional communication and service orientation are key
Confident across multiple channels (phone email chat) quick to adopt new tools and systems
Detail-oriented organised and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
Adaptable resilient and dedicated to high customer satisfaction standards
