Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns for German-speaking clients.
Provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI conversion rates and overall campaign performance.
Analyze metrics identify trends and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Support clients in understanding digital tools performance dashboards and Google Ads features.
Troubleshoot advertising issues and provide technical and operational guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

German: C2 / Native (mandatory).

English: B2 for internal communication.
- Proven experience in digital marketing online advertising or Google Ads campaign management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with PPC SEM SEO principles and performance reporting.
- Ability to work hybrid from Lisbon (legal right to work in Portugal required).
