Job Summary

Are you an accomplished scholar with a passion for impactful globally relevant research An educational institution CGM Center is seeking an inspiring Director of Research to shape its vision and lead groundbreaking work on leadership derived from the life of the Prophet (PBUH).

Your Key Responsibilities

Craft and lead the Centers research strategy
Conduct high-level research on Seerah with a focus on leadership in business and teaching
Supervise and mentor Research Fellows Associates and students
Publish in top-tier journals and contribute books/monographs
Forge international academic collaborations
Secure competitive research grants
Represent the Center at global conferences dialogues and media forums

Qualification and Experience:

PhD in Islamic Studies Leadership Business History Education or a related discipline
810 years of strong academic/research experience
Proven publication record in respected journals
Ability to connect classical Islamic scholarship with contemporary leadership challenges
Strong leadership mentoring and communication skills
