Job Summary

One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo Sri Lanka seeking experienced Wealth Management Specialist to join their growing team.

SALARY: Negotiable (based on experience and performance)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advise high-net-worth and affluent clients on wealth creation investment structuring and portfolio management.
Develop and implement customized investment strategies aligned to client objectives.
Manage client relationships conduct reviews and monitor portfolio performance.
Research market trends investment products and regulatory changes.
Collaborate with internal teams (investment analysts legal/compliance product) to deliver holistic solutions.
Grow the business by acquiring new client relationships and expanding existing ones.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations internal policies and client documentation standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Management or related field.
Minimum 34 years experience in wealth management investment advisory or financial services.
Strong knowledge of investment products financial markets and asset classes.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build client trust and manage portfolios.
High level of integrity confidentiality and client focus.
Based in Colombo or nearby for easy commute.
