Job Summary

One of our reputed clients in the Real Estate & Property Development industry in Colombo Sri Lanka is looking for talented and motivated Junior Architect to join their growing team immediately.

SALARY: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist senior architects in the design and development of architectural projects.
Prepare and revise architectural drawings layouts and 3D visualizations.
Conduct site visits and gather information required for project planning.
Coordinate with consultants engineers and contractors to ensure design accuracy.
Support the preparation of project documentation BOQs and technical specifications.
Contribute creative ideas during design discussions and project presentations.
Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
3-4 years of relevant experience in architectural design or project assistance.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and related design software.
Strong design and visualization skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work under supervision and meet project deadlines.
Knowledge of local construction methods and building regulations is an advantage.
