Job Summary:
To serve as a strategic partner to the Operations Division including warehouse fleet and fuel logistics teams. The HRBP will support workforce planning employee relations performance management and talent development to ensure smooth and efficient operations aligned with business goals.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Support
- Partner with operations leadership to understand business needs and translate them into HR solutions.
- Support organizational changes workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies for warehouse and fleet teams.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and workplace issues ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
Performance & Development
- Coordinate performance management processes including goal setting evaluations and development plans.
- Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver relevant programs.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support recruitment efforts for operational roles ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires in warehouse and fleet teams.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure HR policies and labor law compliance across operational units.
- Monitor attendance disciplinary actions and contract renewals in coordination with HR.
HR Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports on headcount turnover and
- other key metrics.
- Use data to identify trends and recommend improvements in HR practices.
Main Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 35 years of HR experience preferably in logistics manufacturing or petroleum sectors.
- Strong understanding of Cambodian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
