Job Summary

Are you fluent in Dutch and French passionate about driving growth and eager to work from a sunny dynamic European hub Were looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Málaga Spain where youll help expand our market reach while enjoying one of Spains most inspiring coastal cities.

What Youll Do

  • Identify and engage new Dutch- and French-speaking business clients building strong strategic relationships
  • Generate and qualify sales leads and track them through the pipeline to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams sales marketing operations - to create tailored proposals and deliver client value
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support client acquisition and retention strategies
  • Prepare and deliver presentations negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on progress using insights to optimize outreach and conversion

Who You Are

  • Fluent in Dutch and French with strong English for international communication
  • Proven sales or business development experience particularly in B2B or SaaS environments
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven proactive and highly organized able to manage multiple business opportunities at once
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
