About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Business Development Representative to join a fast-growing international sales team in Barcelona.
In this role you will be responsible for identifying potential clients qualifying leads and generating new business opportunities for our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect and identify potential clients in the Dutch-speaking market
Conduct outbound calls emails and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified leads
Understand client needs and present relevant product or service solutions
Schedule meetings and product demos for the Account Executives
Maintain accurate data on CRM systems and track pipeline progress
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead-generation strategies
Stay informed about industry trends competitors and market dynamics
Represent the brand professionally to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
Fluent Dutch (C1) and good English (B2)
Previous sales or outbound experience is a strong advantage
Strong communication negotiation and objection-handling skills
Self-motivated target-driven and resilient
Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment
Basic understanding of sales funnels and CRM tools (Salesforce HubSpot etc.) is beneficial
Valid EU documentation or legal right to work in Spain
