Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review complex individual corporate and partnership tax returns.
- Conduct tax research and assist with strategic tax planning for clients.
- Work directly with clients to gather information answer questions and build strong relationships.
- Help guide and mentor staff accountants; support training and development initiatives.
- Identify process improvements and assist in shaping workflows for the growing Fort Myers office.
- Support Tax Manager and firm leadership with special projects and advisory work as needed.
Who You Are
- CPA or EA preferred; candidates actively pursuing licensure will also be considered.
- 3-6 years of tax preparation and review experience in public accounting.
- Strong understanding of individual corporate and partnership taxation.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting directly with clients.
