This UX Designer role is based in Bangalore Karnataka India within Thermo Fisher Scientifics Customer Channels Group (CCG).

As a UX Designer you will be involved in developing and improving user-focused digital experiences that empower both customers and internal partners.
A day in the Life:
- Develop user-centered digital experiences through wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve digital tools that support customer interactions and service delivery.
- Employ user research and usability testing to validate development decisions.

Education
- Bachelors degree in Building HumanComputer Interaction Psychology or a related field or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX or interaction composition.
- Experience working in agile or cross-functional product development environments.
- Proficiency in building and prototyping tools such as Figma Adobe XD or Sketch.
Knowledge Skills Abilities
- Solid grasp of responsive and adaptive development principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with build systems and accessibility standards.
Physical Requirements / Work Environment
This role operates in a typical office environment. Flexibility to work in an agile and dynamic workplace is essential.
