Role Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to own the hands-on design execution of complex workflow-driven enterprise applications including AI-assisted user experiences. This role is suited for a designer who can solve problems think in systems and workflows and translate ambiguity into clear usable designs.
The focus of this role is on design execution workflow clarity and high-quality delivery in close partnership with Product Clinical and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Workflow & Interaction Design
- Own the design of end-to-end user workflows for complex enterprise applications.
- Create and maintain information architecture flow diagrams and state-based interactions.
- Design for edge cases exception handling and human-in-the-loop workflows.
- Simplify complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.
UI / UX Design Execution
- Produce wireframes interaction designs and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Apply and extend existing design systems while maintaining consistency and usability.
- Clearly document interaction behavior design decisions and specifications.
- Deliver development-ready assets and support implementation as needed.
AI-Assisted Experience Design
- Design UX patterns that support AI-assisted workflows including review edit confirmation and override states.
- Ensure AI-generated content is transparent understandable and easy for users to act on.
- Follow established guidelines for safe usable and trusted AI interactions.
Usability & Iteration
- Support usability testing and incorporate findings into design iterations.
- Iterate designs rapidly based on feedback technical constraints and real-world usage.
- Ensure designs meet accessibility usability and quality standards.
Collaboration & Execution Leadership
- Partner closely with Product Managers Engineers and designers to clarify requirements.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate design intent clearly across distributed teams.
- Collaborate effectively across time zones with US-based partners.
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 69 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Proven experience designing enterprise or workflow-heavy SaaS applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex workflow and interaction design.
- Experience supporting AI-assisted or automation-enabled features is a plus.
Skills
- Strong UX problem-solving and interaction design skills.
- Solid visual design fundamentals (layout hierarchy typography).
- Proficiency with Figma (Miro or similar tools for flow mapping).
- Ability to work effectively within established design systems.
Preferred Domain Experience
- Experience in healthcare finance or other regulated enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Understanding of complex data-driven workflows.
