Job Role :
Were looking for a Visual Designer with strong storytelling instincts. This person should be able to transform business ideas content and complex concepts into clear and engaging visual narratives.
This role involves more than just static design. Youll influence how Drip Capital looks moves and communicates across short and long videos digital campaigns brand assets and content-driven storytelling. Youll collaborate closely with marketing content and leadership to boost our brand presence in global markets.
What Youll Do
Turn complex B2B and fintech concepts into clear engaging visual stories.
Create high-quality short videos long-form videos explainers and social media content.
Develop and execute visual ideas across different formats including videos social media websites reports decks and campaigns.
Ensure visual consistency and help shape Drip Capitals brand identity across platforms.
Bring ideas to life through motion animation and visual storytelling when appropriate.
Manage complete creative execution from concept and art direction to final delivery.
Work closely with content performance marketing and leadership stakeholders.
Maintain high quality standards while meeting tight deadlines.
Review work provide thoughtful feedback and help elevate overall creative quality.
4 years of hands-on experience in visual design brand design or digital design.
Significant experience in B2B marketing preferably in fintech SaaS or enterprise.
A portfolio that shows:
Visual storytelling not just execution.
Work across videos campaigns brand systems websites and content.
Clear explanations of the thought process behind the work.
Experience building and maintaining a cohesive brand identity.
Experience working with various teams; mentoring or guiding junior designers is a plus.
Skills & Capabilities
Strong sense of visual hierarchy layout typography and composition.
Ability to turn business ideas and content into memorable visual stories.
Comfortable visualizing abstract topics like finance lending etc.
Solid working knowledge of tools like Figma Adobe Creative Suite and video software (After Effects Premiere Pro or similar).
Motion and animation skills are a plus but thinking is more important than the tools.
Ability to brainstorm frame ideas and clearly present concepts to stakeholders.
