The role will be field based supporting stores across Scotland however travel further may be required in the role.

Youll use your qualifications and passion for your role to provide clinical & professional support to your Regional and Store leaders representing the Optical Practice team at a regional customer is everything to Boots and working with the Regional & Store leaders youll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing for them and leading for patient safety. You will join an experienced team who will support you in your role every step of the way.
Primarily youll be the gatekeeper of clinical standards within the region youll use your leadership skills and passion for your patients to inspire your colleagues to deliver a safe & legal store environment for colleagues and customers.
You will coach and mentor Store & Regional leaders on their accountability for the GOC Standards for Optical Businesses using a number of tools including the Legal Dashboard.
Your role will include investigations for clinical concerns with consideration for whistle blowing and candour policies. You will handle the end to end process for complex clinical complaints.
Were looking for a highly committed passionate Optometrist with previous pre-reg supervision and preferred store management experience with a friendly professional personality.
