Job Summary

Sulis Hospital Bath is looking for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our Endoscopy Team part time to help with the running of their Administration.

This position works closely with the team to support the smooth running of clinical patient administrative process throughout the patient journey for the CDC. You will ensure Sulis processes are followed to a high standard to provide an efficient and professional service to all patients consultants and staff. All patient queries are dealt with efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities include answering phone enquiries; managing patient appointments; preparing admission packs for the following day; tracking notes; capturing booking emails; preparing paperwork as well as other administrative duties.

The role requires strong attention to detail accuracy and data input. The skills we would expect you to demonstrate are excellent verbal and written communication skills strong organisational skills and ability to self-manage and priorities a varied and high-volume workload whilst maintaining accuracy. IT skills with a good knowledge of MS Office and Excel

If you have worked in an admin healthcare environment and have proven experience of working successfully in a fast-paced office environment we would like to hear from you.

PERM - 15 hours a week

Covering 4 hours everySaturday and Sunday mornings plus the remaining hours duringthe week.

This role requires DBS clearance.
