Job Summary
Position: DBA Sr. Manager
Location: Paseo de las Palmas CDMX

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 12 years of progressive experience in database management including leadership of large cross-functional DBA teams in enterprise environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and expertise with diverse relational and non-relational platforms including Oracle SQL Server MySQL PostgreSQL MongoDB etc.
- Deep technical understanding of data architecture enterprise data integration strategies and ETL processes.
- Expert experience with cloud and hybrid database environments including AWS RDS Azure SQL Google Cloud Spanner and related services.
- Demonstrated success in architecting and managing complex high-availability and disaster recovery solutions at scale.
- Significant hands-on experience with automation scripting and process optimization (Unix shell scripting Windows BAT etc.)
- Track record of standardizing and optimizing database delivery via processes procedures and automation.
- Outstanding ability to solve highly complex technical problems with innovative enterprise-focused solutions.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical information for senior business and executive audiences.
- Extensive documentation and project planning experience with ability to communicate and deliver precise technical information to diverse teams.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability and willingness to provide executive oversight and support for a 24/7 operational environment.
Key Responsabilities:
- Led enterprise-wide database architecture initiatives overseeing monitoring frameworks platform migrations and documentation while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver scalable secure and standards-compliant solutions across Oracle SQL Server SAP HANA DB2 MySQL PostgreSQL Snowflake and Databricks.
