Job Summary
Are you a passionate and dedicated KS1 teacher looking for a permanent role where you can make a real impact Our welcoming and ambitious school in Brent is seeking a motivated Year 1 teacher to join our team from January 2026.

What we are looking for:
- QTS with recent KS1 teaching experience
- Ability to deliver engaging well-structured lessons that inspire and challenge pupils
- High expectations for behaviour attainment and personal development
- Strong relationships with pupils families and colleagues
- Collaborative reflective and organised approach to teaching and learning
Key responsibilities:
- Teach a Year 1 class full-time promoting curiosity independence and a love of learning
- Plan deliver and assess high-quality lessons tailored to the needs of all pupils including those with SEND
- Monitor pupil progress and use assessment to inform planning and next steps in learning
- Contribute to year group and whole-school initiatives and projects
- Maintain a positive inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence resilience and wellbeing
- Engage with parents and carers to foster strong partnerships supporting pupils learning and development
