Job Summary

Duties:

Develop training materials job aids memos and internal communications
Lead new hire orientation and onboarding activities for Payroll
Collaborate with Payroll team leads to document and communicate processes
Ensure accuracy and clarity in all written materials
Support process improvement and employee development initiatives

Skills: High technical proficiency including
Microsoft Office Suite (advanced)
WebEx and collaborative tools
Adobe Captivate Articulate 360 PowerPoint and other content development software
Familiarity with brand guidelines and visual design tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree (preferred in Training HR Communications Education or Graphic Design)
3 years of relevant experience including 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (education retail hospitality HR healthcare sales marketing customer service)
Background in PAYROLL is a plus but not required.
Strong communication organization and project management skills
High attention to detail and strong work ethic
Independent thinker with a passion for helping others grow
