About the Opportunity
A fast-growing organization in the Information Technology and Software Services sector focused on delivering B2B digital products SaaS solutions and end-to-end software services. We serve clients across verticals and are expanding our commercial footprint across India through targeted sales and partnerships.
We are hiring Business Development Interns to join a hybrid growth team and drive pipeline creation outreach and qualification for enterprise and mid-market opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted prospect research to build lists of qualified leads across designated industry verticals.
- Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn email and phone to generate meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads against ICP criteria and book discovery calls for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM records activity logs and opportunity stages to ensure an accurate sales pipeline.
- Support creation of sales collateral pitch decks proposals and RFP responses for business development efforts.
- Track outreach performance metrics prepare weekly reports and collaborate with marketing on campaign optimization.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelors program (any discipline) and available for a 36 month internship.
- Practical experience with CRM tools and basic pipeline management.
- Open to work on outbound prospecting: cold calling cold emailing or LinkedIn outreach.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
- Strong written and verbal English for client communication and proposal drafting.
- Ability to work in a remote model at Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad / Delhi Regions.
Preferred
- Previous internship or exposure to B2B sales or SaaS sales environments.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outreach automation tool
