About the Role
In this exciting role you will be responsible for generating new sales leads and developing strong client relationships. Youll play a pivotal role in achieving our sales targets and contributing to the continued growth of the company.
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales leads through various channels
- Tailor surveying packages to meet client needs and budgets
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Liaise with selling agents to book appointments
- Liaise with clients throughout the surveying process
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven sales experience within a property or related field (a plus)
- Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the surveying process (desirable but not essential)
- A meticulous eye for detail and a passion for exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a target-driven approach
- Ability to work under pressure
