As a ServiceNow Developer you will:
Design configure and develop end-to-end solutions within the ServiceNow ITOM suite with a strong focus on Event Management and CMDB.
Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules using scripting integrations and platform capabilities to meet business and operational requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations with various monitoring tools and IT systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Implement CI correlation and ensure accurate CI mapping relationships and data quality within the CMDB.
Perform routine maintenance including upgrades patching performance tuning and module health checks.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Event Management and CMDB implementations.
What You Bring to the Table:
68 years of total experience including 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow Event Management and CMDB modules.
Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
Experience with ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules Client Scripts UI Policies UI Actions Script Includes etc.
Good understanding of ServiceNow ITOM architecture monitoring workflows and CI modeling.
ServiceNow Certifications such as: CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CIS Event Management (Implementation Specialist)
You should possess the ability to:
Design and implement scalable secure and reliable ServiceNow workflows and integrations.
Analyze requirements and translate them into robust ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
Perform debugging troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of ITOM and Event Management issues.
Maintain high accuracy and consistency when working with CMDB data and service mapping.
