The UKs 25-Year Environment Plan aims to double resource productivity and eliminate avoidable plastic waste by 2050. AsHR Manager youll play a pivotal role in supporting both the production output and R&D programmes embedding Pulpexs values and ensuring you meet their ambitious goals. Youll work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams acting as both a trusted advisor and cultural ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead HR processes including onboarding offboarding recruitment and performance management.
Administer HR systems records and benefits with strict GDPR compliance.
Drive employee engagement communication of policies and training initiatives.
Support operational delivery by aligning HR with production and R&D objectives.
Champion Health & Safety compliance and continuous improvement.
Play a key role in implementing a new HR platform to support business growth.

What Were Looking For:

Proven HR leadership experience ideally within a manufacturing R&D or FMCG
Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
A proactive compassionate and collaborative style.
Technical confidence with HR systems MS Office and documentation management.
