Are you passionate about making a difference in the community Walsall Council is looking for dedicated and innovative individuals to join our Commissioning Team. Following a review of our commissioning functions across the council we are developing a new approach focused on impactful commissioning securing outcomes that matter drawing upon more collaborative and joint / multidisciplinary approaches and adopting more of a people and place-based perspective.
We will achieve this through a substantial investment in commissioning that brings together four key areas of commissioning across the Council to create a more integrated approach to Health Care and Communities.

Commissioning for Childrens and Community
These roles span across all of the childrens services directorates which includes Children Social Care Lifelong learning early Intervention partnership and Community Development. You will work with children services and work with other Commissioning Teams across LA ICB NHS providers and Voluntary Sector.
