THE ROLE
Were looking for an Associate Product Manager for the Fulfillment area reporting to the Product Lead.
Fulfillment in an e-commerce context is the complete process of receiving processing and delivering customer orders. It includes all operational steps necessary to ensure that products are accurately picked/packed shipped and successfully delivered to customers always keeping the customer promises.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
- Provide operational support to the product managers liaising daily with engineering to ensure the delivery of our products
- Work with your product peers to understand the context and product thinking behind your specialized area of product
- Work with stakeholders to gather and document customer needs and feedback.
- Support prioritizing product features based on business goals and customer impact.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to inform decision-making.
- Assist in go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with marketing and trade teams.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
WHO YOU ARE
- You are proactive with excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Interested and knowledgeable about technology with a hands-on mentality to drive things forward
- Able to understand and discuss high-level technical concepts and solutions
- Passionate about identifying and solving customer problems
- Knowledgeable in tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Proficient in English.
