会议协调与推进 牵头组织后端支持团队与客户的故障排查会议推动问题解决
紧急信息管理 确保在发布重大事件紧急通告时其内容的准确性
SLA合规保障
-确保在服务等级协议规定时间内解决重大故障
-确保在服务等级协议规定时间内获得有说服力的根本原因分析报告
经验总结与改进 组织后端团队进行复盘会议总结经验教训以改进服务
常态化沟通 与后端支持团队及客户就常规工单和定期会议进行有效沟通
