This role is a key position responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence in the instant retail business (O2O) across platforms like Meituan and Taobao Instant Commerce. This role will own the end-to-end plan to execution. A critical aspect involves collaborating with and guiding our partners who operate stores acting as the bridge between brand planning and frontline store execution. Success requires exceptional data-driven insight business planning and superior stakeholder management to align brand objectives with partners operations.

Offline Branded Retail team mainly covers LCS business management. The focus of our team is to deliver our core Brand Value Proposition and Customer Value Proposition in the marketplace by delivering professional customer management and retail operation management!

Core Responsibilities

  • Business Planning: Develop execute and dynamically adjust the overall instant retail business plan to achieve JBP targets. Continuously analyze market trends and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Management: Conduct deep-dive analysis on key metrics. Generate actionable insights to refine operational planning marketing tactics and store-level executions.
  • Campaign & Promotion Management: Design and negotiate platform marketing campaigns including product selection promotional mechanics and resource acquisition (platform subsidies traffic support). Ensure flawless execution and maximize impact.
  • Assortment plan: Oversee the online product portfolio including planning new product launches
  • Partner Enablement: Collaborate with Key Account Managers to strengthen relationships with partners. Ensure operational standards and service quality are maintained across all partner stores.
  • Guide partner store operations by sharing data insights performance feedback and operational best practices from top-performing stores to elevate the entire networks performance.

Do you have what it takes

  • Bachelors degree or above preferably in Business Marketing or a related field
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in O2O operationsor have solid proven track record in Ecommerce business and partner management.
  • Strong business sense with a focus on growth drivers and investment efficiency. Proficient with platform backend data tools. Able to translate complex data into clear business insights and actionable plan for both brand and partners to achieve targets
  • Outstanding ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders especially partners and platform. A natural bridge-builder who can influnce and drive joint execution without direct authority.
  • A proactive problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity manage conflicts of interest and adapt planning swiftly in response to market or platform changes.
