About the Role
We are seeking an Administration and Client Support Officer to join our Service Support team and contribute to the wider organisation by providing high-quality reception and administrative support. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth delivery of services across Parkerville Children and Youth Care supporting the children young people and families we serve many of whom have been impacted by trauma from abuse.
This is a part-time permanent position (0.8 FTE four days per week). The position is based at our Midland office with occasional ad hoc coverage at our Armadale and Rockingham sites during staff leave.
About you
Join our team and provide high-quality reception and administrative support that helps our services run smoothly. Youll be the first point of contact for clients families and visitors managing calls appointments and enquiries with professionalism and care. Youll also assist the Service Support Coordinator and broader team with administration meeting minutes and office coordination.
