Job Summary
We are developing innovative digital solutions to enhance B2B interactions and streamline online sales processes. Our eShop platform aims to provide a seamless user-friendly experience for partners and customers supporting continuous improvement and integration with modern enterprise systems.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product owners process experts and technical teams to define clear concise and comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements for eShop functionalities.
- Create IT requirements (user stories) process flows (e.g. BPMN) wireframes and acceptance criteria; conduct refinements with development and QA teams.
- Develop test cases and perform testing of implemented IT requirements.
- Support the creation and maintenance of application-related documentation.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Economics or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst preferably within an e-commerce or digital product environment.
- Demonstrable experience working on B2B and/or B2C e-commerce platforms.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms web technologies and system integrations (e.g. ERP PIM/MAM Customer Master Data).
- Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Experience with process modeling (e.g. BPMN) and requirements management tools.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
