What a Senior Manager Digital Partnership AE does at Visa:
This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic partnerships with digital-first clients including fintechs digital banks and bigtech platforms. The Senior Manager will:
- Lead joint business planning and execution with partners to drive mutual growth.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities aligned with Visas strategic priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing Consulting & Analytics Finance and other teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Represent Visa in client meetings and provide market insights and thought leadership to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as product launches cross-border marketing campaigns and digital transformation projects.
This is a 15-month fixed-term contract role.

Qualifications :
What you will need:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant business experience in account management business development or partnerships within the payments fintech or digital ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of Koreas digital payments landscape and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
- Fluent in Korean and proficient in English.
What will also help:
- Experience working with global teams or in a multinational organization.
- Familiarity with Visas products services and partner ecosystem.
- Understanding of emerging technologies such as open banking digital identity or blockchain.
