Join ServiceNows CRM & Industry Solution Consulting team where innovation meets impact. As a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant supporting Australias Public Sector territory youll help agencies reimagine how they serve citizens employees and partners.
Youll combine deep technical expertise with strategic storytelling to demonstrate how ServiceNows AI-powered platform transforms customer and industry workflows driving better experiences efficiency and mission outcomes across the public sector.
This is a hands-on senior pre-sales role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology business and purpose.
What Youll Do
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Federal Government customers showcasing how CRM Customer Service Field Service and Industry solutions deliver measurable outcomes.
- Lead discovery workshops to uncover customer challenges design solution strategies and align ServiceNow capabilities with agency objectives.
- Deliver tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concepts that highlight ServiceNows differentiation through AI automation and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Product Management Partners and Executives to shape account strategy and drive successful pursuits.
- Provide feedback to Product Management to influence platform enhancements that meet Federal customer needs.
- Share best practices reusable assets and insights across the Solution Consulting community to strengthen collective excellence.
- Represent ServiceNow at industry events executive briefings and government forums positioning the platform as the foundation for digital government modernization.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analysing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- 10 years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience ideally within CRM Customer Experience or Customer Engagement solutions.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Platform or similar cloud-based software solutions.
- Proven success working with public sector or Federal Government customers understanding their procurement cycles compliance requirements and mission focus.
- Expertise in AI integration experience leveraging AI tools or automation to enhance workflows decision-making or service delivery.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills able to translate complex technical concepts into compelling value-driven narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a matrixed sales ecosystem including account teams product marketing and partners.
- Strategic territory management skills with a track record of driving pipeline and execution excellence.
- A curious adaptable mindset and passion for innovation transformation and public service.
- Canberra-based or willing to travel frequently to Canberra and customer sites across Australia.
